Makes about a cup
  1. About 3 heaped cups/ 100 g kale
  2. 3 clovesgarlic, peeled and crushed
  3. 1/2 cuphemp seeds or walnuts
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. Generous pinch black pepper
  7. 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  8. 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil

  1. 1

    Put everything in a blender and blend til it’s a smooth-ish paste. Add more seasoning/ more oil as needed.
