Yam and beans porridge with fish
Steps

Fry your fish and set aside. Roughly blend the tomatoes, peppers and onions and add to the oil
- 2
Add water and the beans. Allow until almost done.

Add your washed diced yam and seasoning. Allow until done, then you mesh and turn off the heat
- 4
Add in sliced onions and close for 5mins before serving. Add the slices of fish when serving.
