Ingredients

  1. 1big brinjal
  2. as taste salt
  3. as taste red chilli
  4. 2 pinchturmeric
  5. 2 pinchgaram masala
  6. 2 pinchchat masala
  7. 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a brinjal wash dry and cut in two pieces then slit in zigzag then masala mix and stuff in brinjal.

    Take a pan add oil add brinjal cook with covered cook and fry for both sides garnish green coriander.

    Serve with parantha.
