Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Growing up I wasn't a foodie and my mum used to try and make my meals interesting. I used to love spaghetti (like who doesn't) or rather found them fun to play with...kids! I grew so fond of the dish that she must have cooked it at least twice in a week. Present day, I tweaked the recipe a bit and now my husband can't seem to have enough. Yum!
Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

In a bowl mix all ingredients as well as the beaten eggs. Form into 20 balls or depending on the desired size using your palm.

Add oil to a skillet and shallow fry the meatballs occasionally turning to ensure the ball cook evenly. Place aside and start on the sauce.

In a big sauces pan, saute onions and the ginger/garlic paste in oil. Fry till golden. Add blended tomatoes and salt and it simmer for a while add the rest of the ingredients. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 40mins stirring occasionally.

Last add the meatballs and let it simmer for another 30 mins. Voila
