Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbuttermilk
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. to tasteSalt and red chilli
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. 1 tspCumin seeds
  7. 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  8. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin,mustard,fenugreek

  2. 2

    Mix buttermilk and besan and pour in pan,cook continuously stirring

  3. 3

    Add spices and let it boil on low flame till 10 minutes
