In a pan heat the oil and add sesame seeds, flax seeds, carrot pieces, fenugreek leaves and mashed potatoes and onion

Add salt, garam masala, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, and mix it well

Cut the capsicum in pieces

Off the gas let it be cool then add musterd oil, the filling is ready

In a pan heat the oil, fill the prepared filling in capsicum

Spread the grated carrot over the filling and closed the lid and cook all sides in low flame

Add grated cheese and off the gas serve hot with rice and chapatis
