Wash and spice the meat. Put on fire to cook. When it's cooked remove and shred.

Put a little oil on fire, when hot pour the onions, stir fry for few secs,add the shredded meat and stir for a min or two, add the potatoes and carrot, stir for a uniform mixture. Add curry and thyme stir. Add the meat stock and little water (if need be). Add salt to taste. Cover and allow the potatoes to cook.

Mix half cup of flour with water to a milk consistency. When the potatoes is cooked, gradually add the mixed flour while stiring it. Add the milk. Put off the heat and allow on heat residue to heat it up. Set aside for filling.

Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the nutmeg and mix. Add butter and mix properly. Add milk and mix. Add a little water at a go and try to work all the flour into a firm dough. Cover and allow to stand for at least 30 mins

Prepare the kneading surface. Break and whisk 3 large eggs in a bowl.

Usually sprinkle a little flour on the kneading surface to avoid sticking of the dough to the surface. Knead a little quantity of the dough at once in order to get a flat and light dough. Using a round cutter, cut out round shapes. Rub the egg at the edges, add ur fillings and seal. Use a fork to press the edges. Brush the top with egg(this should be done when it's going into the oven immediately), and bake.
