Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin, onion, green chilli, green coriander saute till onion changes the colour. Now, add boiled potatoes, turmeric, pav bhaji masala, salt, and mix well cover it and cook for 5 min. and keep aside.

Mix wheat flour, methi leaves, ghee, ginger and salt. Knead a tight dough with little water. Then divide the dough in small equal size balls. Take one of the dough balls light press in and place stuffing in the center. Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges. Flatten the dough ball using your hands, Roll like small kachori.

Deep fry the kachoris till golden brown from the both sides. Now it's done serve with any chutney or curry hot and enjoy
