Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted mung dal
  2. 1 bowlmix vegetable
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1.5 tbspcumin coriander powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspgreen chilli chopped
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  3. 3

    Add vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add red chilli Powder and cumin coriander powder

  5. 5

    Add the roasted dal and simmer till everything get combined

  6. 6

    Mix sugar and garam masala powder and serve hot.
