For Bati: in a bowl, take flour, rava, salt, soda, baking powder, oil and knead it little hard. Keep it for half an hour.

After half an hour, make small balls of it and grease an Appe pan, cover and cook them on both sides. After they are cooked properly, dip them in a bowl of Ghee for sometime.

For Dal: Boil the lentils.

In a wok, take some ghee add cumin seeds, let it splutter, add onion and tomato saute it. Add ginger garlic paste, red chillies and all masala and saute it.

Add boiled lentils and add water and salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes..Garnish it with fresh coriander...
