Grind 1cup oats, make powder...Add 2 tablespoons of samolina and curd together.

Chopped onions, coriander leaves and ginger.
Mix well with water. - 3
Leaves for 10mints. Make batter like dosa consistently. Add more water if required.

Then heat non-stick tawa and spread like dosa. Make medium size dosa. These dosas are little bit difficult to flip. Add few drops of ghee or oil. Flip and cook from both sides.

Serve with chutney of your choice.
