It is Authentic winter special recipe from Rajasthan..
Steps

Peel and grate raw turmeric. Par boil green peas and carrots.

Take ghee in a kadhai add jeera. Then add garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.

Add raw and saute for 5 mins.add par boiled peas and carrots and add salt, sugar,red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

Saute and cook for 10 mins on low flame. Add lemon juice and mix well..Ghee oozes out.

Add curd mix well and cook for 5 mins..

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
