Banana chips
Taste of homemade banana chips is always different.
Steps

Peel one banana at a time. Take water in a bowl, and directly slice the banana into the bowl.

Remove some chips from water and dry them with clean kitchen towel.
- 3
Heat oil in a deep wok, when medium hot, put some dry chips and start drying them.
- 4
When the sizzling sound subsides and colour of the chips changes, remove them and immediately Sprinkle generous salt and black pepper powder.
- 5
Fry the rest chips in the similar way.
