Take flour in a big bowl add salt and 1 teaspoon oil and make a soft dough.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a work.put cuminseeds ginger paste peas salt.cook for 10 minutes.put coriander powder chilli powder mango powder and garam masala and mix well dough

Heat oil to fry ina work.take a small boll from dough flatten it fill peas in it and close the ends

Deep fry all kachauri.serve hot with sauce or red chutney.
