Preparation and cooking takes about 30mins

Peel the cocoyam,add palm fruit and cook for about 10mins

Pound the cocoyam and put aside

Pound the palm fruit,add water on it and extract the liquid,it will serve as water for the soup.

Wash ur meat,stock fish,add into the pot,season with garlic,ginger,maggi and salt.then cook till its done

Pour ur palm fruit extract into the meat cook.pound ur crayfish,pepper and ogili,salt to taste add into the boiling pot,

Add cocoyam,dryfish and bitter leaf.cook for about 10mins

Nb-cocoyam serves as thickener for the soup
