For d filling::I use cooked n pounded meat den I place it in a pan were I add little oil,sliced red pepper,scotch bonnet nd onions wit d seasoning den I fry

For d wrappers:I add flour,pinch of salt,and half tspn baking powder and add water to form a paste

Place a non stick pan on low heat put little oil on a tissues paper and use d tissue to clean d pan den use a painting brush and rub d paste to the pan in a round shape and allow it to dry up

Wen it is done take it off and place in a plate or tray..cut it into 4equal halfs

Pick each half to make one samosa piece den wrap it using d filling
- 6
Den fry until golden brown
