Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmilk
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 cupsbutter
  4. 1/2cupsugar
  5. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  6. 4eggs
  7. 2 tspyeast
  8. 1/4 cupsugar
  9. 5 cupsall purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a soft and sticky dough

  2. 2

    Cover and Leave to rest for one hour

    Kneed the dough again, roll it and cut it into circle shapes. Leave them to rise for another 15 minutes and fry them until golden brown
