Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it add Biryani leaves, black pepper, Cloves, green cardamom, mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, green chills, long chopped onion, ginger garlic paste add all fry nicely, add turmeric powder mix it properly.

After frying all ingredients add rice fry it for 5min then add water & salt, coriander leaves mix it well.

Last step close leed of pressure cooker make 3 whistle. Serve it hot with pickle & papad.
