Cooking Instructions

Combine water, salt, half and half, bring to a boil

Add oats and cook for 5 minutes until oats are set.

Spray an 8 X 8 oven safe dish with cooking spray lightly.

Combine everything except the fruit and oats in a mixing bowl.

Fold oats and fruit with remaining ingredients.

Top with pats of butter and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, remove and rest for 10 minutes.

Serve in a bowl topped with a little half and half.
