Ingredients

  1. 1 BunchParsley Finely Chopped
  2. 3Roma Tomatoes Finely Diced
  3. 1Lebanese Cucumber Finely Diced
  4. 1/8(half a quarter) Cup Raw Bulgar
  5. 2Spring Onion (Green Onion) Stalks finely chopped
  6. 1Red or White Onion finely chopped
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper
  8. Approx 1tbs Olive oil
  9. 1 tspDried Mint
  10. 1 tspSeven Spice
  11. 2Lemons Juiced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop/dice all the vegetables

  2. 2

    Mix everything in a bowl and you're all done 😁
