Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour add 1 spoon oil and 1/2 salt to it.. Mix them well and add 1 cup of water to knead the soft dough...keep a side for 20 minutes..

Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan add ajwayan, Ginger paste, chopped green chilli Saute them for 2 minutes..

Now add grated cauliflower roast 2-3 minutes on medium flame..

Add boiled, peel, meshed potatoes, and all spicy mix it well.. Roast them for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly..

Stuffing is ready, keep a side for cool down..

Now take a boll for the dough make a small size puri.. Apply spoonful stuffing in center seal properly and make a big roti...

Preheat a tava, place paratha on the heat tava cook on low heat..

Flip the paratha and spread some oil..pressing it until light spots appear and cook until crispy.. Gobhi, aloo paratha is ready to serve..

Serve hot with coriander chutney..
