Soak black chanaovernight in cooker Put on gas in low flame abt 1/2 hour, chanaget boiled separated boiled Chanaand water keep aside In grinder add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chillies, red chilles, salt. Make a fine puree

Take a kadai add 3tablespoon oil if you want more red colour add 1 tablespoon red chilli powder in a oil.Now add tomato puree in oil, saute for a few mins add little Chanawater in it.Masala cooked well an oil separated means ur masala is ready. Now add boiled Chanain tomato masala add little chanawater keep a lid on kadai in low flame for 20mins check your masala is dry or not cook more till masala gets dry after this add 1tablespon coriander powder
