Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • For Kachori
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 tspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • For Stuffin
  • 1 cupboiled potatoes
  • 1 cupboiled moong sprouts
  • 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  • 1 cuppapdi
  • to tasteSpices (red chilli, chat masala, cumin powder)
  • as neededBeaten curd
  • to tasteRock salt
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupsev
  • 1 cupgreen chutney (coriander leaves)
  • 1 cupsweet chutney (tamarind chutney)
  • 1 cuppomegranate seeds

Steps

20-25min.
  1. 1

    Mix the flour and semolina well, then add oil, salt and knead into a semi soft dough. Cover and leave for 10 min.

    Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls. Flatten a ball and roll like thin puri. Deep fry, from slow to medium flame till you get a real crisp golden kachori.
    Make all the kachoris in the same way.

  3. 3

    Take one Or two kachoris make a big hole in a centre and stuff step by step in the following order.

  4. 4

    Boiled potatoes, papdi, boiled chickpeas, sprouts, sprinkle all spices, pour curd, both salt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, spices, curd again, fine sev, pomegranate seeds. Now it's done. Serve quickly
