Ingredients

  • 4-5 tablespoonsflour
  • Butter/salted
  • Mushrooms/of your choice
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Liquid chicken fat
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Used a cast iron skillet...Put 2-3 Pat's of butter in heated pan

    Add flour and using a fork begin to mix the butter and flour...if it starts to clump then awesome

  3. 3

    Add liquid chicken fat and begin to stir with a fork,reduce heat

  4. 4

    If it's looking a little thick,don't panic..add water little by little and it should begin to thin it out...

  5. 5

    Add mushrooms, and seasonings...add to taste

  6. 6

    LET SIMMER FOR 3-4 Mins
