Pour in your flour in a clean dry bowl

By the side of the bowl, pour in your active dry yeast

Pour in water gradually

Bit by bit of water and turn with a spoon or spatula

Your dough shouldn’t be too thick or watery, cover with cling film and allow until it’s double in size

After proving, flour your working surface and bring out your dough

Divide into smaller pieces

Mold with your hands into oval shape and place on your already lined baking tray and allow to prove for 30mins

Now grease the edge of your hand with oil and make a depression on each dough, cover and allow to sit for 15mins

Meanwhile pour 1 cup of boiling water into a bowl or anything and place in the oven, then preheat at 200C

Now, u can eggwash, or just use milk or u can as well let it be. Then pop into the oven

Bake for 20mins and it’s ready to digest
