Steps

Firstly, take all vegetables like onion,potato, tomato, capsicum, carrot, green chilli,garlic,ginger,peas,coriander leaves etc.

Take potatoes cut into cubes or any other shape.

Take cauliflower cut into small pieces. Take all chopped vegetables in a plate and fry all vegetables except onion and tomato.

Take 100 gram peas

Take chopped vegetables and fry all vegetables and paneer.

After that heat 1-2 tblspn oil in a pan or kadahi over medium heat.

Add all chopped and fried vegetables and all dried masalas,mix well and cook it for 1 minute.

Add all fried vegetables and mix well.

Cook it for 2-4 minutes and special mix veg is ready.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve special mix veg sabzi is ready to serve and serve it with pratha or chpati.
