Yummy tasty healthy pizza.. Kids tiffin recipe

Take a Bowl add semolina and salt as to taste mix it..
Now add pain curd mix well.. Keep a side for 15 -20 minutes...
After 15-20 minutes semolina batter is ready smooth and there are no lumps...

Take another bowl, put 1/4 cup batter in a bowl,add 1/4 spoon soda..Do not leave the batter adding after soda pour it immediately..

Oil heat in a pan on low heat, pour the batter on the pain.. Drizzle little oil all around and top on the suji pizza...

Cover with the lid cook for 2-3 minutes from downer on the low flame....

After 3 minutes uncover the lid, the upper surface change the it's colour, the suji fully cooked for Downwords...
Now filip the suji pizza and cook it from other side too....

Cook on medium flame from 1-2 minutes only from other side...

Put 1 spoon tomato sauce or pizza sauce, put 1 spoon chilli sauce on the suji pizza base..
Now spread some chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and capsicum over the suji pizza..
Sprinkle salt or black pepper.....sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes..
Now sprinkle greeted cheese
