1grated cauliflower
to tasteSalt
1 teaspoonajwain
2 tea spoondhaniya powder
2 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 1/2 teaspoonanardana
1 teaspoongaram masala
1/2 tea spoonamchur powder
As neededChopped coriander leaves
As neededWheat flour

Knead the dough

Grate cauliflower and mix all masala
3

Take small portion of dough and roll into small flat and put the grated cauliflower mix and make into Parantha
4

Put it on tava and put ghee to roast it
5

Cauliflower Parantha ready to serve with dahi and chole
