4large sweet potatoes
4 tablespoonsbutter
to tasteSalt
Spices of your choice
1 tablespooncooking oil
I bunch coriander
1large onion

Peel the sweepotatoes and boil to soften (be careful not to overboil)

Melt the butter, add in the oil salt and spices
3

Slice the potatoes and toss them in the butter mixture.

Arrange on a baking tray and bake till brown and crispy
5

Enjoy.
