I made cup cakes and i wanted to make them look more pretty, so i decided to try out these chocolate shapes
Steps
- 1
Assemble your materials. Parachment paper, piping bags
- 2
Using a double boiler melt your chocolates: both white and dark.
- 3
Put some in the piping bag
- 4
Take a parachment paper and draw random paterns with white chocolate
- 5
Let it sit for while, (it should not be completely dry) then pour the dark chocolate ontop and using a spatula, spread it evenly. Let it sit or put it in the fridge for a while. I couldn't take a photo, being my first time i was worried the chocolate will harden before i use it😜
- 6
You can also draw patterns.
- 7
When completely dry remove and break them. Garnish your ice cream or cakes with them.
