  • 1/2 bowlrice flour
  • 2 tbspsesame seeds
  • 2 tbspwheat flour
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • pinchasafoetida
  • 1/2 cupchopped methi
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspsesame powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • For tempering
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • as neededcurry leaves
  • 2slited chillies
  • 1red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Squeeze lemon in a bowl and mix all the ingredients except the ingredients for tempering. add required amt of water to make a dough. mix well.

    Cover it for 20 minutes.
