Normally it's kind of side dish, but I prefer have perkedel as snacks but it is very filling😉Everybody love it.. yumm😋😋

Normally it's kind of side dish, but I prefer have perkedel as snacks but it is very filling😉Everybody love it.. yumm😋😋

Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices. Rinse, and drain the water.

Pour cooking oil into frying pan as you needed and Preheat. Fry potatoes slices until golden brown. Place it in the dry and clean bowl. Next mashed them until you can't see lumps.

Here sample ingredients I needed for potato fritters.

Add all ingredient except egg into bowl of mashed potatoes. Mix, n taste.

And now ready to shape flat oval or flat round doesn't really matter. I like oval more 😄

Dip fritters into egg shake one by one, continue deep fry again until golden brown. Yes right, double deep fry to make this perkedel. Dont flip it often, wait until one side firm enough. If you see both side are turning golden brown, means perkedel are ready.
