Sesame laccha paratha
Steps

Melt 2 tsp ghee, add it and salt in wheat flour bowl with half of sesame. Knead it soft by adding water.

Then roll the small roti of small dough, apply ghee, sprinkle some flour. Fold it and roll this fold round as above pic

Now roll it little, sprinkle sesame again roll it, roast on heated tava
- 4
Apply ghee and roast from both side. Ready to serve crispy tasty hot paratha with sauce or curry.
