  • 500 gsardines fillet
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 50 gtapioca starch (or more)
  • Water to boil

Steps

    Combine all the ingredients except water.

    Roll your dough shape like sausage.You may add more tapioca starch to easy rolling process.

    Boil in the hot water. Your keropok consider well cook when they float in the water.

    You can it them straight away or fry them to get crunchy one.
