Wash methi leaves, strain it and finely chopped it.

Take a microwave safe plate spread the leaves and microwave it for 3 minutes at maximum temperature.

Take out plate and now flip the leaves and again microwave it for 3 minutes at maximum temperature.

Dry kasoori methi is ready to use.
- 5
Keep it into air tight container.
