Ingredients

fresh spinach
fresh strawberries
pecans or walnuts, chopped
... Dressing..
1/4 cupapple cider vinegar
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4 cuphoney

Steps

Blend, whisk or shake oil, vinegar and honey together to make dressing.

Wash and dry spinach. Tear into bite-sized pieces if the leaves are larger than you like. Mix in sliced strawberries and nuts. Toss with desired amount of dressing and enjoy!
