3 pieceswhole Pomfret fish
For coating
2 tbspsesame seeds
1/4 cupcornflour
For marination
1 tspginger garlic paste
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tbsplemon juice
to tasteSalt
For frying
1/4 cuprefined oil

Steps

1

Make incision on both side of the fishes.

Marinate the fishes for about half an hour.

Coat them.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add fish and fry for sometime.

Serve hot with salad.
