Ingredients

  1. 200 gmmushroom finely chopped
  2. 200 gmboiled potato
  3. 50 gmchilli pickle finely paste
  4. 15 mlmustard oil
  5. 5 gmmustard seeds
  6. 1 tspfennel seeds
  7. 2 tspgreen chilli chopped
  8. 2 tspsalt
  9. 500 gmspanko bread crumbs
  10. 200 gmplain water
  11. 100 gmcorn flour
  12. water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a heavy bottom based pan.

  2. 2

    Add mustrad oil,mustard seeds,fennel seeds,green chilli and mushrooms.

  3. 3

    Saute untill water of muhsrooms completly evaporated.

  4. 4

    Cool the mixture then add boil mashed potato,salt and red chilli pickle paste.

  5. 5

    Mix the mixture and make bite size small balls.

  6. 6

    For batter mix flour,cornflour and water.

  7. 7

    Roll the balls first in dry flour,then wet batter and last in bread cumbs.

  8. 8

    Heat oil in kadhai and fry the balls utill becomes golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve with green chutney or achari mayo.sprinkle chopped coriander for garnish.
