Heat a heavy bottom based pan.

Add mustrad oil,mustard seeds,fennel seeds,green chilli and mushrooms.

Saute untill water of muhsrooms completly evaporated.

Cool the mixture then add boil mashed potato,salt and red chilli pickle paste.

Mix the mixture and make bite size small balls.

For batter mix flour,cornflour and water.
- 7
Roll the balls first in dry flour,then wet batter and last in bread cumbs.

Heat oil in kadhai and fry the balls utill becomes golden brown

Serve with green chutney or achari mayo.sprinkle chopped coriander for garnish.
