Ingredients

  • 250 gm sesame
  • 100 gm urad dal
  • 4/5red chilli
  • 2 inchginger
  • 1/2 tbsphing
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 200 gm White pumpkin Remove seeds and grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak urad daal 4/5 hours and make a paste with mixer

    Now clean and wash sesame with water, mix all ingredients and rest half an hour

    Now make bijjore and dry in sunlight for 2/3days

    Store in tight container,

  5. 5

    Deep fry it or shallow fry as you like
