Steps

Prepare your vegetables separately then mix them when you will be cutting them.

In a sufuria put a cup of water and add in your musherekha or baking soda and let it boil.

Add in your vegetables and let them cook for like 20 minutes. NB this is normal when the foam come up just stir and leave your cooking stick there to prevent it from pouring.

After 20 minutes set a side and remove any excess water(soup)

In a sufuria fry your onions until they are golden brown

Add in your tomatoes and let them cook until they are tender.

Put in Salt and royco then stir.

Pour in your vegetables and stir so that everything can mix well.

Let is cook for 5 minutes then you can serve.

It's now ready serve with ugali and your desired protein, I chose beef. Enjoy 😋😋
