Steps

Marinate chicken breast for 10-15 minutes with barbeque sauce, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and oil.

Heat grill pan, brush it with some oil and cook both sides till done.

Then cut it into small chunks, keep aside.

Dry roast sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes.

In mixer jar put roasted sesame seeds, olive oil, salt, chopped garlic, lemon juice and prepare a smooth paste, tahini sauce is ready.

Heat oil, add chopped garlic, sliced onion and saute for awhile in high flame.

Add strips of carrot, red, yellow and green bell pepper and fry in high flame for a minute.

Add strips of tomatoes, cucumbers and put off the flame at that moment.

In a big bowl; put hung curd, tahini sauce, honey, black pepper powder, oregano and salt, mix it till it well combined.

Add chicken chunks and chilli flakes.

Add all the veggies, chopped parsley and give a mix.

Serve it warm and enjoy.
