Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and cook for about 7-8 minutes until tender.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop the kale and bell peppers into pieces as well.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, remove it from the pot. Briefly boil the kale for about 1-2 minutes (or you can eat it raw).

Heat a pan. Add warm water and stir-fry the chicken until cooked. Then add the bell peppers and seasonings.

Serve on a plate and enjoy with kimchi.
