  • 4 tablespoonssugar
  • 2 tablespoonsyeast
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cupWarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients together inside a deep bowl

  2. 2

    Slowly add warm water to make it a very thick paste.

  3. 3

    Then cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place so that the yeast would be activated

  4. 4

    After 30minutes when it has doubled, use your hand to whisk and deep fry to golden bowls
