Steps

Take all the veggies with 2 Cups of water in a pressure cooker and give 3-4 whistles.

After cooling the cooker, grind the sabzi

In a pan take butter and heat it add onion and capsicum cook it for 3-4 mins.

Add tomato puree and garlic paste cook for 10 mins.

Add the grinded sabzi put it and mix well

Apply butter on pav and heat it on hot tawa till nice golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with butter and coriander leaves in bhaji and chopped paneer.

Serve with onion salad.
