Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpumpkin
  • 2boiled patato
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 1 bowlpeas
  • 1 bowlchopped paneer
  • 2 cuproughly chopped veggies (carrot,cauliflower, french beans)
  • 2medium sized capsicum chopped
  • 2 tsppav bhaji Masala
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspamul butter
  • As neededoil
  • As requiredPav
  • As neededbutter to apply on pav

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the veggies with 2 Cups of water in a pressure cooker and give 3-4 whistles.

  2. 2

    After cooling the cooker, grind the sabzi

  3. 3

    In a pan take butter and heat it add onion and capsicum cook it for 3-4 mins.

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree and garlic paste cook for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Add the grinded sabzi put it and mix well

  6. 6

    Apply butter on pav and heat it on hot tawa till nice golden brown and crispy.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with butter and coriander leaves in bhaji and chopped paneer.

  8. 8

    Serve with onion salad.
