300 gramsboneless chicken
1egg
3/4 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
1/2 teaspoonsugar
2 tablespoonsbreadcrumbs
1/2 tablespoontapioca starch
1 clovegarlic, minced
1green onion, finely sliced

Instructions:
a. Grind the chicken. Add garlic, salt, ground black pepper, sugar, and egg. Mix well.
b. Add breadcrumbs and tapioca starch, mix well. Add green onion, mix well.
c. Divide into 8 portions (or according to the number of buns). Shape into balls and flatten to the diameter of the buns.
d. Roll in cornstarch. Dip in egg whites. Coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
e. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to help the breadcrumbs adhere better.
f. Fry in hot oil over medium-low heat until perfectly cooked. Remove and drain.
