Another recipe I'm dying to try, I just hope it doesn't come out dry.

In a large bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, MINCED onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt and pepper.

Hand mix and shape meat into a round loaf that will fit into your cooker.

Select Saute' on your cooker, add vegetable oil and heat until it sizzles then add DICED onion and cook until onion turns clear, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Stir in ketchup and beef stock than add in your meatloaf. Secure your lid and cook 15 minutes (Use the Meat button to select cook time.)

Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes than quick release the remaining pressure. Plate meatloaf, top with sauce and serve!
