1medium onion
2tomatoes
2 teaspooncooking oil
Salt
1 cupmopane worms

Mashotsa -Soak them in warm water for 20mins
Then drain the water
Wash them with warm clean water.

When u a done heat ur cooking oil,
saute onion until soft.and pour in diced tomatoes and salt cook til soft
and pour in ur Mashotsa and cook for 5min on low heat
