Heat the 1tbsp oil in a kadai add chopped onion,garlic stir fry till brown then add cashew, chopped tomato stir fry till soft

Then cool down remove in a Mixi jaar add ginger and green chilli then make a smooth paste

Heat the same kadai add remaining oil add cumin seed after crackle of seed then add paste saute for 2 min then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, coriander powder,salt saute till oil separate from masala after that add malai saute till one min then add water and boiled green peas

Gravy consitency depends upon u how much you want to thick or watery type cook for 7-8 min medium flame after that add crush fenugreek leaves cook for 2 min in low flame

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
