Steps

Remove the brown part and the root part from the bean sprout. This is optional, you could skip this step if you like.

Clean the bean sprout

Boil the water, and add the bean sprout, cook for 1,5 minutes

Drain the bean sprout

Cut the spring onion
- 6
Grind the toasted sesame seed
- 7
Mix the ground sesame with the salt, mince garlic, sesame oil/ coconut oil, and soy sauce

Toss bean sprout with spring onion, and the mix spices.

Serve it fresh, or store it first at the fridge for 30 minutes until all night. Better serve it in one day.
