Masala Doodh

Masala Doodh made with low fat milk and jaggery and loaded with dry fruits provides nutrition to the body in winter.I have used jaggery powder for sweetening in place of sugar.Dry fruits are good sauce of iron,fiber,potassium and antioxidants while being naturally low in sugar.Masala doodh gives a feeling of fullness and warms up the palate as well as the body.

Preparation:-
1.Coarse grind all the nuts.Heat a heavy bottomed pan.First dd ghee to it and then add all the nuts to it.Roast them till they become golden brown and makhanas become crisp.Transfer on to a plate. - 2
2. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan.To the boiling milk add the roasted nuts and raisins.Give it a nice boil one more time.Now let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.Keep stirring in between.
3.Switch off the flame.Add jaggery powder and mix well.Serve hot!
